Preliminary Meeting

Introduce us to your project. Our goal is to meet your expectations as accurately as possible, repecting your ideas, budget and spacial restraints. The first meeting is at your home or at your office, depending on where the works is. In this first meeting one of our professional Espace interior designers will come to your space to take measurements and notes. We will compile a list of items you want to change and the items you want to keep in your space.

For more efficiency, please prepare:

• A list of elements you wish to modify;
• Things you want to keep;
• Some photos of inspiration of what you would like your space to look like;
• Include a budget of what you want to spend on your project.

Design & Estimate

At this stage the Espace interior designer will offer you an ideal layout for your project. The goal of this meeting is that you are clear of the possiblities of your space. After you have approved the design plan, we can then present a detailed budget, 3D visuals (if nessassary), as well as all the plans relating to the project (plans of demolition, construction, electrical and lighting fixtures, ceiling and wall finishes, design details, elevation drawings, shop / cabinet drawings, furniture and accessory list. You will be able to adjust the details of the project with the desginer in order to start production and start the work.

Production & Work

Production of custom furntiure for your kitchen, bathroom or any of your living spaces will begin. At the same time we will begin the renovation or the new construction in accordance with your planned schedule. Our Espace Cartier Designer will be in charge of checking on the lead-times and and quality control all custom made furniture from the approved technical drawings.
